Talk to us
Tell us what you are trying to program and how your shop works. That is usually enough for us to say whether this fits before you spend anything.

You asked about Tool Sharing. Send this and we will set it up with you, or call (817) 904-8373.
Before you write
Will it work with my J2534 interface?
Tool sharing is live and in production use against OEM diagnostic software — the OEM application sees the interface in its own picker while the tool and the vehicle stay at the shop. Tell us which interface and which OEM software you run and we will tell you honestly what to expect.
Will it hold up over a hotspot?
Remote sessions adapt to the connection. For programming, tool sharing checks the link and the battery voltage before a module write and refuses to start on a link that is relayed, lossy or stalling. If you are working over LTE, say so when you write — the honest answer depends on the vehicle and the operation, and we would rather set expectations than sell past them.
Do I need to install anything on my side?
For remote desktop, no. You connect from a browser. The app installs only on the computer being reached and signs in with your account there. To use a shop's diagnostic tool in your OEM software, yes: the IgniteRemote app runs on your Windows PC too, because a browser cannot host a J2534 driver, and the shop joins with the tool-sharing token you send it.
Can I try it before paying?
Every plan has a seven-day free trial, and you can reach us before that if you would rather talk first. Nobody will call you because you looked at a page.
We run a collections floor, not a shop.
That is a different product on the same platform — call recording, transcription and FDCPA-aware review, priced per monitored seat. Ask us and we will point you at the right place.
Where we work
IgniteRemote is remote software, so there is nothing to ship and nobody to send. Shops, mobile locksmiths and dealers use it across the United States, and the machine being reached only needs a Windows PC and a working internet connection.
