What works today, and what's next
Everything here is listed honestly: what you can buy now, what we are building, and what is not supported. None of the coming items has a promised date.
Works today
On every plan that includes it, in the current Windows app and console.
J2534 tool sharing
A shop's pass-thru tool used from your technician's own OEM software, anywhere.
Link and battery check before every module write
Programming is refused on a relayed, lossy or stalling link, or a low battery.
Tool sessions recorded and decoded
Fault codes, VIN and part numbers pulled out of every tool session.
Fault-code reads from the console
Generic OBD-II codes from a browser, read-only, without opening the OEM software.
Remote desktop from any browser
With recording, AI-written training steps, file transfer, unattended access and Admin Mode.
In development
Being built. Not available on any plan yet.
USB-Only Mode
USB data only, no video, for programming over weak cellular links.
Flash-Safe protections
Heartbeat monitoring, automatic pause and recovery during a write over USB passthrough.
Generic USB passthrough
Standalone key programmers and scan tablets, such as an Autel IM608 or XTOOL X100 PAD, which are not J2534 interfaces.
Planned
Decided, not started or not finished. No date yet.
Nissan CONSULT-III plus over tool sharing
It talks J2534 version 05.00; tool sharing speaks 04.04 today.
Wake-on-LAN
Wake a sleeping shop computer from the console.
macOS and Linux apps
The app runs on 64-bit Windows 10 (2004 or later) and Windows 11 today.
Not supported
No plan to support this over tool sharing today, and how shops handle it instead.
Vehicles that need DoIP, over tool sharing
Volvo 2016+, DoIP-only BMWs, Nissan CONSULT 4, Mercedes 206/223 and newer. Today: run VIDA, ISTA or the dealer software on the PC at the car over its Ethernet cable, and drive that PC with remote desktop.
