3. Session Data

Remote desktop and USB session data is encrypted end-to-end and flows directly between peers when possible. When relay servers are used, data remains encrypted and is not stored. Session metadata (timestamps, duration, participants) is logged for audit purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Account data is stored on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Payment data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), infrastructure hosting, and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies and are bound by data processing agreements.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data or request account deletion by contacting us. We comply with GDPR and CCPA requirements.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Session audit logs are retained for 90 days by default (configurable for enterprise plans). You may request deletion of your data at any time.
