By accessing or using IgniteRemote ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IgniteRemote provides remote desktop access, USB device passthrough, and related tools for automotive professionals. The Service includes software clients, cloud infrastructure, and web-based management tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to gain unauthorized access to any system, interfere with other users, or transmit malicious software.

5. USB Programming Disclaimer

USB programming and ECU flashing over remote connections carries inherent risk due to network variability. Flash-Safe protections are designed to reduce risk, not eliminate it. IgniteRemote is not responsible for damage resulting from interrupted programming sessions. USB programming compatibility depends on device profiles and network quality.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated software, documentation, and content are the intellectual property of IgniteRemote. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software in accordance with your subscription plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IgniteRemote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
